GG High Fibre Chocolate Cake

Chocolate Scan Bran Cake
Serves 6
Ingredients
- 6 GG
- 40g of self-raising flour
- 2 teaspoons of stevia
- 2 tablespoons (10g) of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg white
- ¾ cup (175ml) of skimmed milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla essence
- 1 tsp of icing sugar
- coconut oil spray
To serve/ extras (optionalal):
- 1 tsp Chocolate sauce (multipower proten crean)
- Skinny foods custard sauce
- Qurak
- Dark chocolate chips
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Heat milk until warm and then pour over the crisp breads and allow to soak until softened.
- Once crisps breads are softened, add the entire mix to a blender with the stevia, vanilla and cocoa powder until you have a smooth batter.
- Stir in the flour.
- Beat in the eggs and egg white and add to a cake tin greased with some low-calorie spray (I also lined with some parchment paper).
- Place in the oven and bake until firm and a skewer entered into the centre comes out clean (approx. 25 mins)
- Allow to cool and then sprinkle with the icing sugar.
- Serve with toppings of choice
